Acceptance

By using Harby.dev you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Purchases

Paid digital products are sold and delivered by Gumroad, Inc. (gumroad.com) as merchant of record: it processes payment, delivers the files, and collects and remits applicable taxes. This site does not process card payments. Expert builds are quoted and invoiced separately.

Licence

Guides and site content are owned by Harby.dev. Purchased products are licensed to you for your own and your organization's use; you may not resell or redistribute them.

Acceptable use

No illegal use, no attempts to break security or rate limits, and no scraping that harms the service. AI output (including Ask Orah) is provided as-is: review any code before running it against real systems.

Orah Studio

Orah Studio is in private Beta. Its own terms (accounts, plans, AI usage limits) will be published here before it opens.

The site and products are provided 'as is' without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harby.dev is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Harby.dev is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Oracle Corporation.
