Digital products
Packs, templates and other downloads are delivered instantly, so they are generally non-refundable once downloaded — except where the law requires otherwise, or under the guarantee below.
14-day guarantee
If a paid product doesn't work as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix it or refund you. A refund of a bundle, such as the Starter Kit, covers the whole bundle.
How to request
Email [email protected] with your Gumroad order ID and the reason. You can also request a refund through your Gumroad receipt.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued by Gumroad, our merchant of record, to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card provider.
